With customers not able to easily complete their transactions on the Carbon app over the weekend, fear gripped some depositors, as they thought that the platform could possibly be among those affected by the ongoing clampdown on digital loan apps.
Some of the frightened customers did not hide their feelings as they quickly sent queries to the app owners demanding to know carbon’s fate under the present circumstance.
However, a publication on the Carbon verified Facebook Page appears to have cleared all doubts, blaming the difficulty in using the app on technical problem that has been restored.
It said, ‘Kindly bear with us as we process pending transactions that were made last night.
“The technical issue that was delaying transfers last night has been resolved . You can now continue transacting with your favourite app”.
