“God demonstrates His own love towards us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8.
Some of us Christians think that Church attendance, baptism and doing good automatically earns us a place in eternity – this is erroneous thinking.
This thinking if not based on the scripture is worthless. “All have sinned and come short of His glory” but through the death and resurrection of Jesus, we can be made right with God.
Beloved of God, it is by faith in Christ that we have peace with God and the assurance of salvation.
Don’t trust faulty thinking.
May the merit in His death and resurrection bring us closer to God today in Jesus Mighty name. Amen
