The Lagos State Ministry of Agriculture is set to organize an intensive and comprehensive training on Snail Farming for youths in the State.
In a statement, the Assistant Director, Public Affairs in the Ministry, Mrs. Nike Sodipo, said the training is specifically aimed at empowering interested males between the ages of 22-35 and females between 22-40 years old.
She advised interested youths to visit and complete the online application form at: https://agriculture.lagosstate.gov.ng/forms/fill-form/lagos-state-snailery-project before the closing date on Friday, 11th February, 2022.
Pointing out that post-secondary education will be an added advantage, Sodipo explained that the training is part of the present administration’s initiatives to empower youths towards ensuring food security in Lagos State.
