The Spokesperson of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Presidential Campaign Council, Daniel Bwala is optimistic that his party will win Rivers State by as much as 70 percent in February 25 Presidential election.
Speaking on Arise TV Morning show, Bwala said Governor Nyesom Wike is “inconsequential to the victory of their presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku in Rivers , boasting that the party will poll at least 70 percent of votes from the state.
He was speaking on the cancellation of the party’s campaign rally in Rivers State.
According to Bwala, the party decided to cancel the Rivers rally to avoid possible violence.
He said it is unfortunate that Wike has become such a bad loser , submitting that the Rivers State governor was being ungrateful to the party that made him who he is today.
The PDP mouthpiece who noted that they never anticipated that Wike would go this far in fighting the party, claimed that he (Wike) was no body before he became governor on the platform of the People’s Democratic Party.
Daniel Bwala stated that the Rivers governor would soon loose relevance as most Rivers people are allegedly fed up with his thuggery way of life.
He maintained that the large percent of Rivers people who are waiting anxiously for him to leave office are going to overwhelmingly vote for Atiku.
He claimed Atiku remains the best among all the presidential candidates, adding that no other has what it takes to challenge him.
