Knock On Tinubu Over Bayelsa Remark

Tinubu

The Presidential Candidate of the All Progressive Congress,APC, Bola Ahmed Tinubu is again a topic for discussion and as usual for the wrong reason.

He is being attacked by the Director New Media at Bayelsa State Government, Samuel Kolawole Oredipe , who said the Lagos based politician was too unprofessional , uncoordinated and incoherent in his speech during a campaign today in Bayelsa.

Oredipe in a Facebook post stated that it is obvious Tinubu is disconnected from reality and is mentally, physically and emotionally unfit for leadership.

The post reads,

“Today, Thursday, December 1, presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, was in Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State capital, in continuation of his campaign trail.

As usual, he did not disappoint as his speech was not only incoherent but was also replete with his trademark gaffes. Annoyingly, it was laced with so much insults that one wondered whether it was a presidential campaign or a rally on abuses and name-calling.

It was just a surprise that leaders and members of the Bayelsa State Chapter of the APC at the rally watched him insult and denigrate the good people of the state. And they were clapping!

Who are the termites and cockroaches in Bayelsa State that Tinubu referred to? Was the current Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Chief Timipre Sylva, who was a former governor of the state for five years, also among those his party’s candidate referred to? Are there really Ijaw men and women of good conscience in APC?

It is such a shame that Tinubu does not even know who is responsible for construction of the East-West Road. In his mind, it is the Bayelsa State Government that is constructing the road.

Also, Tinubu is not aware of the companies that are polluting the land and rivers in the Niger Delta. He apparently thought it is the Bayelsa State Government. Very pathetic indeed.

Clearly, the APC presidential candidate lives in the past with Stone Age and antiquated ideas. Otherwise he would have known that it is more appropriate to use the term ‘technological hub’ in the context at which he was talking instead of ‘technical hub’ that he promised at the rally.

Not surprising though as he once promised to feed our country’s soldiers with cassava, agbado and corn.
He is yet to tell Nigerians what is the difference between agbado and corn in the Yoruba language.

Nigerians are again advised to shine their eyes. Tinubu cannot be our president!”
