Former Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki and three other chieftains of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) have visited Governor Ifeanyi Okowa in Asaba Delta, in continuation of discussion on consensus building ahead of the 2023 Presidential Election.
Dr. Saraki said the team was in high spirit as the outing was a successful one. He stated that consensus building was very important for the PDP because Nigerians are eagerly awaiting a more peaceful and united party that will help fix the country of its many challenges especially insecurity, job loss and wobbling economy.

“This is who ,earlier today,alongside Governor Aminu Waziri Tambuwal , Governor Bala Mohammed and Alhaji Hayatudeen , we visited Governor Ifeanyi Okowa in Delta State to discuss our plans for consensus.
“During our interactions,we were pleased to note that our host was receptive to the idea of consensus-building and unity within our ranks-as Nigerians want to see a stronger and more united PDP that can help to solve the pressing issues of insecurity, job loss and a struggling economy”.
